These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Monday Leadership LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including the Monday School and War Room peer council, our Peer Assessment Calls, and any related communications and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
We provide peer council membership, assessment calls, and related coaching and educational content for business leaders. Participation in the War Room or any related program may be subject to application, availability, and our acceptance. Nothing on our website constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and outcomes described are not guarantees of any particular result.
When you book a Peer Assessment Call or submit a form, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your booking and our Services by the methods you have provided, including email, telephone, and — where you have separately opted in — text message. See Section 4 for the specific terms that govern our SMS/text messaging program.
Program description. Monday Leadership LLC operates a text messaging program ("Monday School / War Room Messaging") that sends transactional and promotional messages to individuals who have opted in. Transactional messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices related to a call you have booked. Promotional messages include information about our programs, offerings, and events.
Opt-in and consent. You are enrolled only after providing your express written consent — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our booking form and submitting your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The SMS consent you provide is separate from your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the calls you book.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider; we are not responsible for any message or data charges you incur.
Opt-out. You can cancel the messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request.
Rejoining. If you opt out and later wish to receive messages again, you may re-enroll by replying START, by opting in again through our booking form, or by contacting us, at which point we will resume sending messages.
Help. For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at andrew@mondayschool.faith.
Supported carriers and carrier liability. Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Your mobile information and opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the Services, or misuse any communications you receive from us.
All content on our website and within the Services — including text, graphics, logos, and materials — is owned by or licensed to Monday Leadership LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monday Leadership LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
